- payments on are securely processed through Stripe or PayPal. You can pay with any major credit card, or if you have one, your PayPal account.

- Canadian customers - if you prefer to send an e-transfer, no problem! Please email to make arrangements.


- all orders for items valued at $30 or more ship via Canada Post expedited parcel service which includes tracking and insurance at a flat rate of $10 within Canada, $12 anywhere else in the world.

- for items less than $30 that can be packed flat in a bubble mailer, in order to keep your costs as low as possible, we charge $4 within Canada and $5 elsewhere via Canada Post's lettermail service. Please note that on these packages tracking & insurance are NOT included. If you'd like to have your items sent with extra peace of mind for a few extra dollars, please let us know and we can assist with the extra charge.


- Canadian customers, please allow 4 business days for processing and 2-7 business days for delivery

- US customers, please allow 4 business days for processing and 5-14 days for delivery.

- international customers please allow 4 business days for processing and 7-20 days for delivery

- these delivery estimates are not guaranteed, and once the package has left our studio, we cannot be responsible for delays due to incorrect addresses, carrier interruptions or customs processing.

please allow an additional 2 to 4 weeks before shipping on made-to-order items, which are created one at a time, just for you. 

- you will be notified when your package ships.


- if you require guaranteed delivery by a specific date (additional fee for expedited shipping may apply), please get in touch and we'll do our best!


- international customers, please check with your local customs office regarding import fees and taxes you may incur when your package arrives in your country. We cannot be responsible for additional charges once we have mailed the package.


- if for any reason your jules sontag purchase doesn't meet your expectations, exchanges are welcomed within 7 days of receiving your item, on new, unworn items (other than earrings, which are final sale).

- original shipping charge will not be refunded, and buyer is responsible for any return shipping charges. Mistakes happen - if we've made an error with your order, that's on us! In that case, we'll take care of all shipping charges involved in making it right. If possible, please used a tracked service to ship the items back; if they are not received the exchange cannot be processed.

- if you wish to initiate an exchange on your item(s) please email us at with your order number and a note describing your request.

- you will receive a website credit which may be used toward any item available on (cannot be applied to custom orders).
