shipping & returns
- payments on www.julessontag.com are securely processed through Stripe or PayPal. You can pay with any major credit card, or if you have one, your PayPal account.
- Canadian customers - if you prefer to send an e-transfer, no problem! Please email -hello(at)julessontag(dot)com to make arrangements.
- orders ship via Canada Post with tracking and delivery confirmation
- please allow 4-6 weeks before shipping on made-to-order items, which are created one at a time, just for you. You will receive a notification along with tracking info when your package ships.
- if you require guaranteed delivery by a specific date (additional fee for expedited shipping may apply), please get in touch and I'll do my best!
- please check with your local customs office regarding import fees and taxes you may incur when your package arrives in your country, these are your sole responsibility.
- if you're not OVER THE MOON HAPPY with your purchase, I will do whatever I can to make it right! Exchanges are welcomed within 7 days of receiving your item, on new, unworn items (other than earrings, which are final sale).
Buyer is responsible for return shipping. Please used a tracked service to ship the items back; if they are not received the exchange cannot be processed.
